Bucheron’s striking robots, vehicles, and machines reflect the vivid creativity and near-obsessive attention to detail of a dedicated artisan. From the choice of paint, to the texture of the metal, to the way light is reflected, each of his characters is a highly evolved study in the boundaries of human imagination. The Homelab ambX @ Philips
The HomeLab at the Philips research center is a model home built to test and monitor real-world response to prototype technology. Thirty cameras and microphones record subjects as they use and interact with products for the home; then researches review the recordings to refine the products. The living room is currently configured to demonstrate ambX (pronounced “ambiex”), the successor to AmbiLight, which extends the accent lighting from around the television to throughout the room. Concentric to redesign Foreign Affairs
Concentric Studio is proud to announce a new project engagement with Foreign Affairs, a publication from the Council on Foreign Relations.
Founded in 1921, the Council on Foreign Relations is a non-profit and nonpartisan membership organization dedicated to improving the understanding of U.S. foreign policy and international affairs through the free exchange of ideas. Its 3,400 members include nearly all past and present Presidents, Secretaries of State, Defense and Treasury, other senior U.S. government officials, renowned scholars, and major leaders of business, media, human rights, and other non-governmental groups. Each year the Council sponsors several hundred meetings including televised debates and other media events, and publishes Foreign Affairs, the preeminent journal in the field, as well as dozens of other reports and books by noted experts.
Since 1922, the Council has published Foreign Affairs, America’s most influential publication on international affairs and foreign policy. It is more than a magazine — it is the international forum of choice for the most important new ideas, analysis, and debate on the most significant issues in the world. Inevitably, articles published in Foreign Affairs shape the political dialogue for months and years to come.

After I did a little more online research, I found out it’s quite huge… pretty much anything and everything has a steampunk interpretation. Dolls, jewelry, action figures, cars, boats… the list goes on.
