Hiring! Junior Interactive Designer
Concentric Studio is searching for a junior level interactive designer with the ability to work within a multi-disciplined team and help create compelling and innovative interactive experiences.
As a Junior Interactive Designer you will help develop and/or extend the creative direction on select accounts.
• 3+ years of prior experience assisting in the design of mid-to-large-scale, globally recognizable brands within an interactive agency OR relevant education
• Must be annoyingly pixel-perfect (Highly organized, accurate and detail oriented).
• Well versed on the latest online trends including social media, typography, color theory, iconography, interaction
• Expert knowledge in Photoshop & Illustrator
• Ability to take directions and follow established style
• Professional & effective under pressure and within tight deadlines
• A strong portfolio to demonstrate past experiences. Portfolio must reflect a clean, fresh, user focused design style.Huge Plus
• Base knowledge of HTML & CSS. A huge plus if you can build non-functioning front-end templatesPluses
• A Design related degree
• Any other type of creative interests—photography, illustration, printmaking, letterpress, print design, brand development… etc…
• Web development background
• Flash experience
• Good sense of humor
