As a Senior Designer you will be directly involved in the project work from the initial discovery phase to delivery alongside all of our team members.

Role & Responsibilities
• A team player with a great can-do, positive attitude and self-motivated
• 4+ years of experience designing for well known client brands and institutions in a digital agency work environment
• Must be able to work in Columbus Ohio or willing to relocate
• 
Highly detail-oriented and able to deliver pixel-perfect work
• Expert knowledge of interface design, user interaction, grid systems, branding, typography, color theory, iconography

• Professional & effective under pressure and within tight deadlines

• Ability to take feedback and refine work

• A top notch portfolio demonstrating compelling user centered design solutions and a strong visual design sensibility

Pluses

• A design or arts related degree
• Strong knowledge of HTML & CSS. A huge plus if you can build non-functioning front-end templates
• Animation and Flash knowledge

• Other types of creative interests such as photography, illustration, printmaking, letterpress, print design, brand development… etc
